Last week I put out some slides on instagram talking about how I was feeling a bit lost with the business. I think working alone is sometimes really difficult because you can get stuck in a negative frame of mind just depending what is going on around you.

For months I have been feeling like I need to change something in order to have more control over workload, cash flow and trying to create more structure.

I was absolutely blown away with how many people sent suggestions or just words of encouragement. So many people sent me private messages saying they could have written the post themselves and that they feel the same way.

From that post there is now a support group set up on Facebook for small creatives to ask questions and get advice on anything, if you want added to it just let me know.

I spent a while going through why I started this business and what would help me manage things better whilst having a young family.

Here is what I am going to try and work with over the next few months and if it works, it will stick...

I hope it will work with everything else going on and that I can create a smoother experience for both you, the customer and me, the maker.
