1. YOU SEND US YOUR GARMENT
Once you have finished with your LAW style, or you just fancy a wardrobe update, send us back your garment with the dedicated slip you received with your purchase. Alternatively, you can email us and let us know: what style and size you are returning, the reason for your return, and the condition of the item. Please note that this initiative is not valid for kidswear.
2. WE INSPECT THE PRODUCT
Once we have received your item it will be inspected. Please note that we are only able to accept items in a wearable condition. If your dog has shredded it or you have set it on fire then sorry, this will not be accepted. Minor wear and tear issues like missing buttons or small holes are not a problem.
3. YOU RECEIVE A VOUCHER CODE
Once accepted, we will issue you a £20 voucher code for each garment returned from the adults range and £5 for the kids range. You can spend this with anything on the website, including LAW Circular. Your code will be valid for 6 months.
4. WE GIVE THE PRODUCT A FACE LIFT
We will mend, wash and press the returned garment until it's looking as good as new.
5. WE CLOSE THE LOOP
The garment will be listed on the LAW Circular shop for resale at a discounted price, depending on the condition of the garment. We will also use this section to list any development samples.
